Not only did I shave 17 seconds off my previous mile run time (from 7:44 to 7:27), I also forced myself through 2 hours of an intense boot camp class in my schools gym. It’s so much easier to workout with other people than by myself; everyone can be Pvt. Pyle together! ^_^

I can cook breakfast and lunch, but only if lunch is the same as breakfast.

yea, but you trying to lose weight (correct me if i’m mistaken)( and i’m trying to gain it.
I should hop on the tread mills next time and see what my mile time is. i’m curious now.

I’m trying to lose fat and gain muscle, so I’m kinda doing both, but leaning more towards weight loss.
I can’t do treadmills because I go at my own natural ground pace and we’ve got a mini track that does 11 laps to the mile.

Bro, get a slow cooker. You just add ingredients, let it sim, simmmah for 4-6 hours and you’re good!
Plus, it gets you the practice you need chopping veggies and the such. Gotta love dem greens, that you do!

I've been eating a lot of protein lately and giving myself a few cheat days. In the past, I would avoid all my favorite foods in the name of health and good living but it wasn't healthy for me to simply never eat them again. So I now dedicate 2-3 meals a week where I can eat whatever I want within reason.

I keep meaning to get back on my bike and start putting some miles on my tires, but ugh. No time and ridiculous winds make it easy to be lazy.
Keep up the good work.

I don’t even have a bike anymore. I gave it to my cousins when they were old enough to fit on it. But I tried riding it again last year, I forgot how to ride a bike!
But you should totally get some physical activity regardless of what it is! It clears the mind and is so much better than sitting around at home in my head; in my case at least.

Oh yeah, I totally know that feeling. When I got this bike, it had been like 10-12 years since I had ridden one. I felt like I forgot, too. I hesitated to lean into turns and I was so unsteady. It's all good now, though. Even though I haven't ridden in a few months, it's still like, well, like riding a bike. :P
